The staff are nice and helpful, parking is plentiful and location is ideal....the food is ok, not a great variety....you could add nan bread and poppadoms to the curry, or an option to have, that would help. The breakfast is good, tasty, but gets cold very quickly, if I'm honest I would just cook to order, it's such a small restaurant, leaving it on the hot plate it just doesn't keep it warm long enough, I could have quite easily put mine in the microwave for another minute or two.....rooms are nice, beds as usual very comfortable....

Stayed for work. Rooms ok, a bit dated, the derelict beefeater on way in a bit offputting. The restaurant was very small with very limited menu. Not usual premier inn standard but all staff friendly and helpfull. Wouldn't return unless there was nowhere else

We have stayed at Gravesend Central several times over the past 4 years or so . Always been comfy and clean. Breakfast this time was not up to scratch when you ordered a item ie egg 3 minutes mushroom 3 mins etc all in dividual 3 mins. But when it arrived cooked perfect. Kitchen only been open couple of weeks so give them time. Staff especially lady called Clo very very helpful. Shall be returning July.

Matty in the social restaurant/bar is so friendly. The reception staff are amazing and I would recommend anyone to stay here. Close to town and the rooms are comfortable and clean. What more would you want?

I had a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn Hotel in Gravesend! The welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained facilities made it a delight. I especially want to thank Clo, Karen and Jayne for their exceptional kindness and helpfulness—they truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast were fantastic, and the hotel’s convenient location made exploring the area easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gravesend. Thank you again, Clo, Karen and Jayne, for making my visit so memorable! Best, Mitul Nandha

Meal deal shows steaks etc but you can't have steaks the pub has closed down. The food they are serving is all frozen out the freezer and tastes bland. Honestly haven't stayed in a Premier inn for a long time but I have promised myself this will definitely be the last time.

Staff were very helpful especially providing us with portable heaters when we couldn't work out the heating in the room

Stayed in better & more modern Premiers the staff were friendly & helpful, food was fine even though the availability of certain items was very limited on the menu. I wasn't happy with the fact that my room had a separate door in it one that basically had another room just behind it so you could hear the people next door as clear as day, very poor idea indeed.

Great place to go to for a quick weekend to London stayed overnight nothing to say very comfy. We booked three rooms one of them had a blown out lightbulb but nothing that could be fixed by turning on the side lights. Great service and very welcoming team especially with Col.

Restaurant was being refurbished but given adequate notice of this, lady who was serving at breakfast was worked off her feet, but did very well. Clo at reception very helpful. Shower in room 111 wasn’t very powerful

Stayed here early November, really easy to access from main A2 road. Set slightly off the main Wrotham road to Gravesend so you get a peaceful nights sleep! Rooms were decent size, the opening window is a bonus nowadays! Breakfast in the ‘old Beefeater’ was spot on, both Kelsa and Clo served customers brilliantly, very attentive and friendly! Would highly recommend

I believe that the quality of the hotel is dropping because the size of the new dining area! Approximately sixty rooms using a dining area that is the size of three bedrooms! Madness! You cannot regulate dining times for guests! Apart from the helpful staff this place will rapidly become just a basic b&b! Once again exemplary help from staff (Clo) I hope you can maintain your amazing staff!

Functional and affordable. Our room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. It had been refurbished reasonably recently. All fine apart from the towels left on the back of the bathroom door from previous guests. Wifi did not work and when I asked reception I was told it had not been working all weekend, and no solution was offered. Mobile connectivity was poor in our room so we struggled with connectivity. We arranged for a travel cot in our room, which was provided, and yet we were given a room on the first floor. Despite this being a modern building, there is no lift. When the receptionist saw us approach with a pushchair she explained that we'd been given a room on the first floor, but could not offer anything on the ground floor despite the hotel being mostly unoccupied. The hotel is tucked away behind a large pub which has now closed. This makes it a very strange layout for a Premier Inn. The derelict pub building is used for the hotel's restaurant. The dinner menu is basic but fine. The bar has nothing on tap, just cans and bottles. The breakfast is good. Most staff we interacted with were polite and friendly. Do not be fooled by the 'central' in the hotel's name.

The worst premier inn I stayed in, full of mosquitos & depressing environment . The old lady at the counter was having a fag outside & I hv to wait 10 minutes before she reappeared at the counter ... It was like they are providing the service for free ...

It's ok by Premier Inn standards. Room is basic. But location is bad, attached pub/restaurant is basically mothballed and open only to feed hotel guests breakfast and dinner from a limited menu. When you arrive you are greeted by a derelic pub. Most clientele seems to be white van man workers. Nothing nearby to walk to for dinner.

Lacklustre reception and an adjoining 'restaurant' serving a very limited menu, which may only inspire teenagers on a limited palette. Wifi did not work on arrival, but has been reset. So it works. For now. Can't wait for breakfast... At this stage I would say that the only redeeming feature is the hotel's locality. Oh, and it's quiet. Update: Yes, the breakfast service didn't disappoint. The basic stuff is there, BUT CLEARING AWAY MY UNFINISHED COFFEE is a new low. I've down rated my experience. Short of swearing, I'd say this was a **** poor experience overall. I'm also unsure as to why my room is the temperature of Satan's armpit? I don't know if the housekeeping team work weekends, but the carpet ways on the ground floor are not screaming cleaned. Come on Premier Inn, you're better than this.
